Fabrication and Assembly Facilities

Fabrication Facilities – Troup

Veritas’ primary Fabrication and Assembly Facility is located in Troup, TX. This 17-acre complex consists of 64,000 square feet of warehouse and covered storage space as well as a 6,000 square foot office building. The complex is fully equipped to fabricate, coat and assemble structural steel, process piping and modules.

  • AWS D1.1 structural fabrication – two shops totaling 30,600 square feet allowing us to efficiently fabricate modules and stick built steel.
  • ASME B31.3 piping fabrication – two shops totaling 21,600 square feet with additional space for parts cutting and inspection.
  • Fully enclosed coatings facility allowing us to easily be good stewards of the environment. The coatings facility consists of a 3,906-square foot abrasive blast building and a 1,281-square foot paint booth equipped with an air makeup unit designed to optimize booth efficiency, safety and operator comfort through precision-controlled heat circulation.
  • Materials are securely stored in a 3,600-square foot warehouse. There is also an additional warehouse for more storage . During storage, equipment and materials are maintained using preservation and long-term storage procedures that meet or exceed the OEM recommendations.
  • The remaining acreage allows us abundant space for turnkey module assembly. Module assembly includes all mechanical and including instrumentation and electrical installations. Our modules are fully assembled to allow for complete alignment verification, function testing and loop checks.

Fabrication Facilities – White Oak

  • Veritas utilizes a 21,600 square foot fabrication facility with 15 tons of overhead crane capacity and six acres of lay down and module assembly space, allowing us to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Materials are secured in our 7,500 square foot warehouse.  During storage, equipment and materials are maintained using preservation and long-term storage procedures that meet or exceed the OEM recommendations.

Comprehensive Project Management

From simple jobs to full turnkey projects, an experienced project manager is assigned to oversee each one and is responsible for all phases of the project, acting as the client’s primary point of contact throughout the job.

The Project Manager coordinates

  • Completion of the P&IDs
  • Material and equipment specifications
  • Bidding and vendor selection of major equipment
