Jon Alexander

Jon Alexander serves as the Jasper Companies’ Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Jasper Ventures Inc., Jon served as the managing partner of one of the larger law firms in East Texas where his legal practice focused on helping clients with commercial transactions as well as tax and general business planning. During his 25 years at the law firm, he represented a range of clients with a focus on companies in the financial services and construction industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to law school, he worked at a Big 4 accounting firm. Jon graduated from Baylor Law School in 1992. He holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Texas A& M University in both Accounting and Finance. Jon serves on multiple non-profit boards and committees and enjoys spending time with his family.
