Les Campbell

Les Campbell is VP of Shared Services. His teams “keep the lights on” so Jasper Ventures can conduct its core business of engineering, designing, building, and installing world-class gas processing solutions. His responsibilities include IT, procurement, marketing and facilities management. Les joined the Jasper Ventures executive team in the spring of 2017, when he relocated his family from the Austin area where he had spent 17 years working in the services business unit for Dell Technologies. His responsibilities there spanned multiple functions, but perhaps most notably he was responsible for driving continuous process improvement allowing for scale and efficiency gains within the field service business. Les and his teams apply many of those same principles, allowing Jasper Ventures to tune our strategic offerings and operations to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Les earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wake Forest University in 1990 and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. When not in the office, Les can be found at the golf course, on a baseball field or home with his three kids and wife of 13 years.
