Shawn Forgy

After joining the team in 2013, Shawn currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Jasper Ventures Inc. Shawn is a third-generation construction worker, starting his career as a helper working up to journeyman and then supervision, management, inspection, and QA/QC. His first 18 years in the industry were spent working with some of the largest EPFC contractors in the world, focusing on fabrication and construction projects of LNG Terminals, petrochemical and power plants as well as maintenance and turn arounds. Previously an ASME Authorized Inspector for Boilers and Pressure Vessels, he currently serves on the ASME B31.3 Code Committee and volunteers as an adviser on Tyler Junior College’s Industrial Trades Committee. Making physical fitness a priority, Shawn enjoys almost any outdoor activity including swimming, running, fishing and mountain biking. Shawn recognizes Jesus Christ as the giver of his abundant blessings and successes in this life. He considers his family to be his greatest blessing and derives much pleasure from time spent with his wife Shannon, three daughters and one granddaughter.
