Working for the Lord, not for men
Taking a holistic approach to care and support for employees can sound daunting. Beyond Business comes alongside employees so that faith and the workplace don’t have to be two separate entities in our lives. Jon Jasper’s vision in 1992 was to create a working environment where faith can be integrated into the lives of our employees, clients, and communities. This vision transformed into Beyond Business in 2017. Since then, we’ve been creating a culture where each team member can grow and use their gifts.

Building Culture through Values
Our culture is built on our values. Beyond Business facilitates innovation and responsiveness through our Jasper Excellence Committee, as well as employee recognition through our Jaspy values awards and annual Jaspys celebration event.
Employee Care and Resources
Life is a journey and Beyond Business walks alongside our team members for the ups, downs, and the moments in between. Whether it’s celebrating a new baby or a child graduating or walking through the difficult moments like mourning the loss of loved ones, our Beyond Business team is there to serve our employees. For those facing unplanned, unpreventable emergencies, we also offer an employee restoration fund to financially assist in hard times.
