Allen Erickson

Director of Process Design and Development

Allen Erickson, PE, earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. During his 29-year career, he has worked in oil, gas, energy, and carbon capture, specializing in gas processing and cryogenic natural gas liquids recovery process design and optimization. As Director of Process Design & Development, he enjoys spending much of his time working side by side with Jasper’s process development, optimization, and detailed design engineers, helping to ensure Jasper offerings match current market needs while focusing on both continual product improvement and engineering mentorship. Allen is a licensed Professional Engineer, a patent holder, and author of a paper presented at multiple gas processing conferences. Prior to joining Jasper, Allen held multiple technical leadership roles, including Principal Cryogenic NGL Recovery Specialist and Consulting Technology Specialist. He and his wife, Kari, raised six children between Denver and Tulsa, their current home.

Brent Jasper

CEO/CFO/Owner

Brent Jasper grew up in East Texas and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Texas State University in 2000. Brent worked in a variety of industries in Dallas before returning to Tyler in 2016 to work for the company that his father founded. Brent is now the CEO of Jasper, an engineering and construction firm in the oil and gas industry located in Whitehouse, TX. He led Jasper through tremendous growth to become a premier workplace in East Texas. Brent is passionate about Jesus and the world of generosity. He serves on several non-profit boards and committees, including the investment committee of a collective giving circle called Kingdom Giving Fund. Brent and his wife Erin live in Tyler where they are raising three boys, Henry, Thomas, and Samuel.

Les Campbell

Chief of Staff/Owner

Les has served in a variety of roles on the executive team during his tenure at Jasper.  He is currently serving as Chief of Staff to both the CEO and President and has previously been responsible for a variety of Shared Services during that span including safety, finance and accounting, procurement, marketing, and facilities management.  Les joined the Jasper executive team in the spring of 2017, when he relocated his family from the Austin area where he spent 17 years working in the services business unit for Dell Technologies driving continuous process improvement allowing for scale and efficiency gains within the field service business.  Les earned his BS in Mathematics from Wake Forest University in 1990 and his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. When not in the office, Les can be found at the golf course, on a baseball field or home with his 3 kids and wife of 19 years.

Joshua VanBuskirk

Director of People and Culture

With over 15 years of experience in the People and Leadership space, Joshua works strategically with Jasper leaders to execute the Jasper People Team’s mission of “Growing People for God’s purpose.” The teams he leads are responsible for hiring the right people, developing them to be among the most knowledgeable and capable in the industry, and finding unique ways to serve the communities in which Jasper operates. Joshua firmly believes that when you build a culture where people are appreciated, heard, and their potential is intentionally developed, you create an engaged workforce ready to rise to any challenge.

Darrell Petty

Director of Operations

Darrell Petty is the Director of Operations at Jasper, where he oversees project execution and operational performance across engineering, fabrication, and construction. He began his career as a Mechanical Engineer with Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I), gaining ten years of experience in design and project delivery. Darrell joined Jasper in 2016 as a Project Manager, was promoted to Manager of Projects in 2022, and became Director of Operations in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Adam Glover

Director of Business Development

Adam Glover serves as Director of Business Development at Jasper, where he oversees organizational proposals, cost estimation, and client relations. With more than twenty-two years of experience in the natural gas industry, Adam offers deep expertise across both upstream and midstream sectors. He began his career on the upstream side, cultivating a comprehensive understanding of natural gas operations before transitioning to the midstream space.

Since joining Jasper over twelve years ago, Adam has advanced through multiple roles, including design and drafting, project leadership, project controls, proposals, and business development. His leadership and extensive industry knowledge continue to drive value and innovation for Jasper and its clients.

Carrie-Ann Jasper-Yearty

Owner/Advisor

Carrie-Ann currently serves as VP of People and Culture for Jasper, with responsibility for Human Resources, Safety, Beyond Business, and Marketing and Communications, leading her team to build people for God’s purpose.  She is passionate about affirming worth in people and creating a workplace culture where they can thrive. She joined the team in 2011 as the Business Manager for EPC, Inc. and in 2016, she returned to her human resources roots, taking the role of Vice President of Human Resources for the reorganized company, Jasper.  Prior to joining the family business, she spent the first sixteen years of her career in human resources management in manufacturing, financial services, and banking. She graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with honors, in 1994 and decided to return to school in 2013 to pursue her MBA to better manage her responsibilities at EPC. In 2015, Carrie-Ann obtained her Master of Business Administration Degree from The University of Texas at Tyler, graduating Summa cum laude. Carrie-Ann is also passionate about her family, community, and sharing her time and talents with her church and various nonprofits serving East Texas.
