How Will I get more information?
You will receive information about the JASPYs via mail, email, and your supervisor will have a basic understanding. You’ll get a phone call from one of our JASPYs Committee members, Steve Tanner, to tell you more and answer any questions you have. You are always welcome to call him back as questions come up! To contact him, you may call him at 903-939-1555 ext. 126. or email him at [email protected] Additionally, this web page will be updated with all the details you may wonder about, down to nitty gritty information like where to park.
How should I prepare?
First of all, please RSVP by using the RSVP button at the top of this page to let us know that you’re attending and if you plan to bring a guest! If you need help with travel arrangements, please contact Alyssa Carlile at acarlile@jasperventuresinc.
Below are questions to think through as you prepare for your time with our Executive Team.

What is the roundtable with the executive team?
During the Roundtable session with the Executive Team, JASPYs honorees will have the opportunity to have a discussion with the Executive Team. You are welcome to submit questions on your RSVP form, or you can send them to Steve Tanner at [email protected]

How do I report travel expenses?
If you use Concur, please submit your travel expenses to Concur. If you do not use Concur, submit your mileage to Alyssa Carlile at [email protected]
Why are you taking my picture and video?
The JASPYs is a special event and we will create a video that captures our time together. As part of that, our video crew will take photographs and videos of people.
