FAQ

You will receive information about the JASPYs via mail, email, and your supervisor will have a basic understanding. You’ll get a phone call from one of our JASPYs Committee members, Maureen Kaiser, to tell you more and answer any questions you have. You are always welcome to call her back as questions come up! To contact her, you may call him at 903-939-1555 ext. 179. or email her at mkaiser@jasperventuresinc.com. Additionally, this web page will be updated with all the details you may wonder about, down to nitty gritty information like where to park.

First of all, please RSVP by using the RSVP button at the top of this page to let us know that you’re attending and if you plan to bring a guest! If you need help with travel arrangements, please contact Alyssa Carlile at acarlile@jasperventuresinc.com or call her at 903.939.1555, ext. 320.

Below are questions to think through as you prepare for your time with our Executive Team.

  • What does the company do well? What could we do better?
  • What are the biggest challenges faced by your department/team/location?
  • How could we better equip you to be successful in your role?
  • What are some big opportunities that we are missing with our employees?
  • What do you tell your friends and family about working at Jasper Ventures that you would want to also share with us?
  • What did it mean for you to receive a values award?

During the Roundtable session with the Executive Team, JASPYs honorees will have the opportunity to have a discussion with the Executive Team. You are welcome to submit questions on your RSVP form, or you can send them to Maureen Kaiser at mkaiser@jasperventuresinc.com or call her at 903-939-1555, ext. 179.
