Turnkey Gas Processing Solutions

Maximize ROI and reduce headaches with a cryo plant that’s aligned from beginning to end

Rely on streamlined services

Rest assured your project will maintain high standards from engineering to installation (and beyond)

Engineering

Your plant’s design determines its effectiveness for the long haul.

Instead of settling for disjointed, unreliable engineering, count on 100+ years of engineering experience for streamlined designs that:

  • Operate efficiently
  • Optimize ROI
  • Meet the specific needs of your project

Procurement

Because an operation is only as reliable as its parts, we’ll complete your project with high-quality, cost-efficient materials. We promise:

  • Your plant will be sourced through our robust partner network built since 1992
  • You’ll benefit from preferred pricing and terms we’re able to leverage due to our high project volume

Fabrication

Rest assured the equipment we manufacture will meet your requirements. All fabrication takes place at our world-class facility in Troup, Texas, where we make sure:

  • All modules undergo trial fitting before we disassemble and deliver to you
  • All instrumentation and electrical is checked out and function tested before it leaves our plant

Field construction

When it’s finally time for construction, you can’t afford for details to get lost in translation. Our in-house engineering, fabrication, and construction teams work together so that:

  • You get lower costs and higher quality due to a reduced number of field welds
  • Your project is tailor-made from start to finish
  • We’re poised to do whatever is necessary to get your plant up and running – installation, commission, or start-up

We also install third-party cryo plants. See Custom Solutions for more information.

Plant operation & maintenance

We’re with you for the long haul. Opt for our team to operate your Jasper-built plant.

When your operation is in the hands that built it, you won’t have to worry about training or maintenance. The closed feedback loop gives your plant direct access to our engineers and designers.

Custom solutions

We do it all so you can find the solution you need

Ex-Works

You provide the specs. We’ll build a plant to meet them.

While we’re better able to guarantee customer satisfaction with turnkey solutions, we gladly take on isolated projects, as well.

Enlist any one of our services listed above to meet your specific needs, whether it’s engineering a custom design or installing third-party cryo plants.

Leasing

Decrease downtime with our short-term gas processing solutions.

When you need a short-term solution, lease one of our mechanical refrigeration units (MRU) – built using the same high standards and quality materials as our full cryo plants. You’ll benefit from:

  • Quick deployment
  • A custom gas process evaluation

“We have worked with Jasper on three large projects and are in the initial stages of our fourth. Each project has been a great experience from start to finish and we expect the same result for the current project.”

COO, San Mateo Midstream

FAQ

We purchased a cryo plant from another provider. Now, we just need installation. Does Jasper do that?

Yes, we install third-party cryo plants.

Get in touch to talk with us about your natural gas plant field construction needs.

Yes. Some providers only purchase and resell associated processing modules, but Jasper engineers, designs, and fabricates equipment to meet your specific needs. For our clients, that means other kinds of gas processing equipment (e.g. Amine, Stabilization, etc.) at the best possible price.

Since 1992, Jasper has completed projects in pretty much every basin in the continental U.S. That includes the Permian, SCOOP/STACK, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Haynesville and Marcellus-Utica.

Yes. We have multiple 6 and 25 MMSCF/D MRUs ready for lease to meet that need. All our units can be sent out quickly so you can get up and running.

No. With us, you’ll work with the same project manager from the start of your project through its completion.

If it’s a plant we engineered, procured, fabricated, and constructed in the field, then, yes, we can operate it for you.

This has proven valuable because it creates a closed feedback loop into the engineering and design of our solutions.
